We are one of the few non woven manufacturers in mainland China to employ automatic printing machines to print our clients logos/patterns. We made this significant investment in equipment and training because it enables us to offer perfect printing- every time, every bag- our clients expect nothing less. We have exceptional quality control methods employing both internal quality control and external quality control using internationally recognized ISO 2859 inspection standards. We even stock our client's non woven material so we can provide quicker turnaround times. We have implemented specifically designed IT systems for tracking orders, materials, etc, thus reducing waste, increasing efficiency and productivity. We ensure that our bags are properly packed so that not only the bags come out wrinkle-free, the cartons also do not break or become deformed in transit due to overweight issues. |
